LED Project Service Flow
Clients can ask FRIDA LCD to make relevant surveys on the issues related to their LED display and LED lighting project, to obtain the information about location, wall structure, gravity bearing, environment brightness, visual range, power supply, wiring conditions an so on.
FRIDA LCD will make feasibility argumentation, and brings forward a complete technical project scheme on capital, production term,expected display functions and effect based on the information obtained through the survey as well as requirements and conditions brought forward by the client. The scheme must be confirmed by the client, as the reference for project acceptance. After friendly negotiation between the client and FRIDA LCD, the two parties shall subscribe a formal engineering contract with legal effect in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China.
FRIDA LCD will arrange the production, inspection, installation and technical training of the project as per the contract. In particular construction, the client is responsible for providing corresponding cooperation. After installation of the LED display system, FRIDA LCD will prepare the acceptance report. The client are supposed to finish the acceptance according to the time stipulated by the contract in accordance with the technical scheme, and confirm whether it is OK on the acceptance report.

Specific measures to after-sales service
1.All our products have the warranty cards, and have relevant records in our factory.
2.The products are maintained and supported by professional engineer of our after-sale service department.
3.In the warranty time, for any damage happening to the display or light because of quality fault in production, we will offer solutions in 1 day, and arrange the delivery of spare parts in 3 days by air when necessary.
4.If the customers have any questions about our products after sale, you can informe us by E-mail or call, and we will reply in 24 hours afer we receive the E-mail and call, and will offer good solution to the problem.
